eat it yourself you humongous fucking faggot
where are your fucking parents?

Jow Forums is 18+ board, go back to /v/

What's that? I can't hear you of the sound of how fuckin awesome this monitor is

ROG = Japanese for LOG = eat a LOG of my shit

So your monitor is a log of shit?

No, for the monitor ROG stands for Righteous Original Gamerzz

Is it really true TN is so good nowadays that going for VA is not worth it anymore?

No. I looked so long and hard at much cheaper TN panels but after using IPS for years TN is just too washed out.

How about VA with 1ms response time?

I have one of these monitors. It's a 24" 240Hz Freesync thing.
I hate the foot so Goddamn much. It takes up much more room than the one on my 27" DELL IPS.
Fuck ASUS for that shitty foot and they gayman cunt branding.
Best TN I ever used though.

I dunno if those exist

my primary monitor is an acer predator 27" 1440p with 1ms response time 165hz

this is for a secondary monitor for another room

I'd rather eat shit than have that.

>1ms response time
For what purpose if you're not running at 1000 Hz?

lower response time results in ghosting regardless

for people worried about 4ms response time on a VA though, i kind of have to laugh, the monitor this is replacing is a 19" Dell from 2005 that probably has like 12ms response time. Lots of high level Quake3 was played on that bad boy.

>I dunno if those exist
they do, zoomer

so what would be worth the money then? A TN with 1ms response time, a VA with 1-2ms response time or a IPS with 4ms response time?

>buy a $999 monitor
>use to stock stand because you can't afford to buy a good mount

I actually bought a 3 way desk mount arm for this monitor

i got the mount first, played with it and packaged it back up. its overwrought for a one monitor situation

>lower response time results in ghosting regardless
Why? If the display responds within one frame (regardless of how far inside), there would be no ghosting, since the previous image of something is completely gone by the time the next image is being put into effect.

>drilling a hole in your desk/wall because you have delusions about needing a mount

>using the default stand
pleb tier

You could improve that monitor by putting some tape over those irritating LEDs
