That sounds like something Wm. Gibson would have written.
>>"2019 will see the first AI-orchestrated attack take down a FTSE 100 company," predicts Jason Hart, chief technology officer, data protection, at security firm Gemalto. WTF?

Honestly I'm surprised it hasn't happened already. Def Con a couple years ago had a fully-automated CTF challenge. The concept of AI-controlled hacking is already starting to mature.

I take the example of Google Duplex with natural speech. The level of AI is in use these days makes possible this, yes. But wtf man, this is no fun.

Oh god, yeah, just wait until AI is running the phone-based social engineering too
Ugh, that's gonna be fucking horrifying
But I bet a short cyberpunk story about an AI hacker that becomes obsessed with the 90s hacker culture and just runs pranks all the time would be pretty funny
discord is cyberpunk it's the antithesis to security though
these threads don't belong on the board cyberpunk does not relate to security be sure to take the action most appropriate when you see these off topic threads

Mostly good start. However >Discord Let's not. Tracking is how they earn money. Don't be the product.

I hope is not about encryption, but what is about?
i'm planning on researching baseband processors. there's been little work about them, except for an open source project, and some vulnerabilities discovered on a qualcomm model

might be a good way to learn up on nsa's upcoming reversing tool GHIDRA
Jonathan Flores
Please post leads to what you have or put in the FTP site. Getting info on Qualcomm stuff is hard.
Don't put fucking discord in a thread about cybersecurity. It's literal spyware you newfag

How is it possible for programs like D-Link Network Assistant and generic security camera finders to locate network IP's not on the same subnet as the computer the program is running on?
I can't even send pings or visit their control interfaces with a web browser yet these programs can somehow do it.
