it hit 60 fps with high settings and RT on in bf5 in the demo so i assume RT off would be able to hit 100+ fps because the GPU itself is just faster than a 1070 ti and that gets 100+ fps in bf5.
i can't remember if the demo was running at 1080p or 1440p. i remember him saying 1440p so that means it would be even better at 1080p.

no, rebranding 8800gt 3 years in a row was a bigger scam. with maxwell we at least got some performance growth.

not really, when you combine it with DLSS it actually kinda makes sense. just early adopter tax. the AI animations and other stuff sound promising too.
