I used to intentionally make searches which triggered the surveillance systems and then passed on information in my search queries.
Good times.
It worked, and the other end received the information.
The best thing is that it had a significant impact.

I know for a fact "tails" puts you on a list. If everyone is on a list, no one is on a list. Except for when it's user to justify a warrent to plant evidence in your home and put you away.
