What are you upgrading? What's new to your setup? Rate and hate.

Nice keyboard
Thanks! The CM storm is pretty popular around here, at least it used to be.
>What are you upgrading?
Gotta upgrade to an ASUS Maximus IX Z270 to complete this build.
>What's new to your setup?
Only about a month old but, newist anyways. MSI 1070TI Gaming, Oculus Rift, comfy space captain chair
Setup is hella messy right now with all the cables running everywhere. I'm eventually going to be mounting the monitors directly onto the wall to free up more space and build a floating desk to make the room more VR friendly. And lots of cable management is in my near future.
Comfy setup
Based Honda Prelude cockpit. You've got good taste user.
Hello
These seem to be dying fast
I really like your shelf, I never thought of using a pegboard for shelving like that.
>jewbay amplifier
uhhhhhhhhh
post the dildo collection, fag
Thanks.
Im afraid you've got me mixed up with someone else user.
what desktop is that?
Nice cat
I think you wintoddlers should head back to /v/.
i would love to switch back to linux but these days i mostly use my desktop for gaming, photo, and video editing and linux doesnt excel in any of those
My awesome rig:
>Lenovo Thinkpad
>Windows 7
>Cygwin so I can do Unix terminal hacking
>Arch Linux live CD
>Flash drive with Tails for hardcore h4xx0ring
>Two external monitors: 5:4 and 4:3 aspect ratios, connected to the VGA port and DisplayPort via a DisplayPort/VGA converter
>Personal Ethernet bridged from the house WiFi, with a choke point to my network guarded by a hardware firewall so I can control the security policy (firewall isn't set up yet; have to wait for my Thinkpad to recognize it as a DHCP server before I can access it)
>Mechanical RGB keyboard (very pretty and it allows me to type in the dark
>Wireless mouse
>Raspberry Pi with SSH server (planning to put a DNS server on it too, but haven't gotten around to it)
>Ethernet switch connecting everything together
>Binary clock for effect
>USB hub
>SD drive and external SSD
>TI-84+ calculator for h4xx0ring math
>Four power strips
>Nice sharp knife in case anyone intrudes on my lair
I am the ultimate evil genius.
I love it op, especially the little knight figurine, I don’t
gamer chairs are just awful
why did you delete and re-post
uploaded with the wrong color profile. I forgot to convert to sRGB so the color depth was wrong.
I bought a 3d printer. Printed up some masks (position on wall in draft mode - aligning these fuckers is hard). Watching another print in progress right now.
My motto at this point in life is "if you're going to be Forever Alone (tm), you might as well get comfy". It's very comfy.
what monitor friend
Clean your desk Asmon
yeah that book was already there before you took the pic. Get the fuck out of here. Casually opened every fucking code file on your drive, too.
This is pretty much what I imagine Arsemygold's fanboys are like.
Assmorg clean ur dad's room
>t. Seething neckbeard who unironically uses linux
Specs? Aren't thermals quite shit for that case with the tempered panels?
broccolibutts
What?
Will you be my waifu!
keyboard?
what 3d printer? I have a solidoodle 2 that i got years ago but it was such a pain to keep in perfect calibration and the print area is so small it lives under a bed now.
does that sound foam actually make a noticeable difference?
poker 3
Looks shit, but there's nowhere more comfy place for me
what monitor
went for the Creality CR-10-S4, a chinese prusa knockoff with 40x40x40cm print area which is what I needed and it was on sale! Very decent printer if you level the bed correctly (ain't that the truth for all lol).
Good octoprint support as well, so have the rPi hooked up to it.
You sure those aren't Integra seats?
No, that's really cool man, but you see that shitty rubber mat thing under your keyboard - throw that out, cut a hole in the desktop and put some glass in there. Also, that chair. Do yourself a favour and steal one from a charity shop. Try earning some money and buy something that looks good and vacuum the carpet
your chair looks a lot like mine
Brussels is a shithole
Otaku detected
fuck outta here with your dick chair.
your what? your dick?
super comfy though glass desk makes me nervous
homely
rate our gayming setup
>give me attention
nice redwoods
do you use all those monitors at once? serious question
Ikea thought of it, God bless Ikea
Gay one
1070 and ryzen 1600
Temps are totally fine, very nice case
Sure
Nope nice trips tho
Philips bdm4037uw
Comfy wallpaper. But no numpad kills it.
>you not having a device that I personally use makes this entire setup worthless
No you don't understand. The lack of numpad is a statement. It represents form over function and to me that kills otherwise utility based theme of this setup.
>Temps are totally fine
I think you mean
>the lack of numpad is a statement
this is a stupid arguement, the numpad is just repeated keys and I can type faster on the top row
Great setup but the light coming from the lamp is complete overkill and your cable management is disgusting
Not in Arma 3. They are unique keys and are used by the game.
You mean
What is the point of having 2 tablets on your desk, honestly..
>my extremely specific videogame use case makes it a universal problem
this amp is a little large for this desk
No you don't understand. Not everybody needs a numberpad.
I hate my chair, what's something decent to get under $400?
OK yea you totally got me it's impossible to have good Temps without a huge gamer case xdddd
Are you OK
comf!
Don't play coy. The numpad doesn't cost you anything. tenkeyless is a fashion statement.
>buying something extra you don't need doesn't cost you anything
I finally get to post my own battlestation again! please don't use it as the OP pic.
costs me valuable desk space more than anything
also completely useless in my case
Don't argue with them. They are the same fags that build SFF computers.
what if I told you I don't use small cases because I need the extra space - but I do use tenkeyless because I don't need a numberpad
that would make too much utilitarian sense to a brainlet right
>can't come up with a good reason why the numpad is actually needed
>d-don't play coy
Thanks, yeah it's a nice case. Good to hear it's fine for temps as that was my only worry for getting one from what I read online
Don't reply to the bait they are just those kind of STOP LIKING WHAT I DON'T LIKE kinda faggots
It's funny how you never see anyone going round shitting on people for having full sized keyboards. It's always the other way around
firewatch comfy. Numpad comfy.
But how many times you kicked that PC?
I don't really end up kicking it, the table is deeper than it seems in the photo
found you user
I organized the cables but I haven't taken a new picture.
Sup everyone. Got a pic of the new monitor. Strongly considering a new desk now so I can just turn the top monitor vertical
that is him 100%
And my movie collection. About time to consider buying a 2nd shelving unit.
nice
needs more plants though
ahah, cock chair
Why don't you remove the speaker stands and put your monitors side by side if that's what you are after.
Nice mousepad
what u think
>consenser mic next to what I assume is a mechanical keyboard
>shit-tier headphones
oof
carpet pc
carpet pc
carpet pc
The monitors would be off center and gaming on one of the monitors would have me looking to one side all day. Not optimal. Not to mention I have plenty of space and just need to build my own desk already. I've had this IKEA desk since I lived with my folks in my much smaller room.
are you actually retarded?
what are your needs user?
pls post picture of your sound station
Thad?
