I know that Jow Forums isn't fond of vidya gaems - but I'm not getting any responses on /v/ over this, so here I go:
>Graphics are good enough (I have a 50 inch 4k TV)
>Library includes all of the exclusive and third party games I love
>Plug and play, easy to use, stable - not as many crashing/technical issues and bugs in games along with the OS.
>Not nearly as much configuration and googling to fix technical issues, crashes, and getting games to work with a controller (especially older titles)
>Flash sales, while admittedly doesn't have quite as low prices as steam - are viable alternatives - I don't even buy a fuckton of games anyway.
>For times where I want to play older, less graphically intensive games (PC or on Emulators) - I got my mid-end intel latitude and hand me down 2014 MacBook Air (i7) (both with shitty intel HD 4000 integrated gfx) laptops for that
>I'm looking to move forward in my IT career as a data entry specialist, probably looking into coding later on - again - my laptops should do fine.
Is there any reason I should get rid of my PS4 Pro and build a gaming PC sooner or later? I'm budget conscious - so I just don't see the point: seems like I'm just throwing money down the drain.
Prove me wrong.
