URGENT HELP NEEDED

My 9600k is currently not working with my mb (Z370-F from Asus), because its bios needs to be updated. How can I update the bios blind without getting into the settings, as the CPU is currently not working with the mb?

No you can't, brainlet.
Damn, I guess only tech illiterate people buy Incel

stop gayming

If the motherboard doesn't boot into the BIOS you have no options really.

You can try a local PC repair shop and see if they'll throw an 8th gen CPU in there for a minute to update to the latest BIOS. Cause that's all it needs, but without a CPU for it to use, it can't update.

Lol

Same shit happens with AMD, when the 2200G and 2400G released, AMD had to send out "Boot kits" which included an older APU to boot the motherboard up and update to a new BIOS version which supported the 2200G/2400G.

You are telling me the exact words I didn't want to hear :(

Yeah, that's why they recommend buying the Z390 motherboards.

If you have a friend with an 8th gen intel, or a PC repair shop nearby willing to help you out, it's a super quick thing to do. Should take all of 10 minutes. But yeah, it'll need to be an 8th gen.

And will intel send out boot kits? No.

$30 for a used celeron and sell it on again when you're done.
