Dunno about the Anada but the Focal and Audeze are pretty decent, I wouldn't get the Audeze though, the quality control is shit. Focal is the best option that you listed.

Get the HD800S and don't fall for the STAX memes. STAX are terrible at sealing, hence why you'll see some are fine with the bass and others will claim no bass. HD800S also has the best soundstage on headphones.

Maybe if you just got L700 pads or did the pad mod there would be no issues. But I can tell you’ve never actually used a stax before and are just reciting memes.

How is the sound isolation? It is not a huge concern, but I would prefer not to have a massive amount of leak.

I mean the L300 unmodded has bass. It’s just significantly improved when you do the mod or the swap. Either way a full 3100 is like $600 so it’s not even like you’re spending a grand on headphones you need to mod.
