Qt

Neither.

there is no reason to use gtk ever unless you work for red hat

GTK, the GNU Tool Kit or some propertiary bullshit...

Motif or Tk, faggots

I despise gtk because it uses the abomination that is gobject and because it doesn't work that great on other platforms.
Qt is far superior, but being written in C++ means it can give you headaches if you're linking it dynamically when you aren't aware of all the shit that breaks binary compatibility in C++.

Qt
+ highly portable
+ has wrappers in most languages
+ QtCreator

Qt isn't free software afaik - you have to accept their cucked terms

If you're going for sex appeal use gtk
If you want to complicate things and want it to look awful on everything but macos use qt

Qt
GTK is shit and the maintainers are gay (refuse to implement thumbnail filepicker)

both are useless. Just make a web app that I can run inside my browser

gay

no experience programming with either, but as a user i tend to prefer GTK. this could have more to do with the software i use than the toolkits themselves though.

Gtkmm master race!

I've only really have experience using Qt but that's only because I've tried to use GTK and their documentation is so obtuse it was impossible to learn how to do anything in it. Qt comes with QtCreator making most things just point and click.

Motif or LessTif?

reverse that user

fltk

Qt5

Qt is bad, GTK is a complete abomination.

Qt.

/thread

Qt if you're a dev. Because muh jerbs.

Neither. GUIs are a mistake.

This guy gets it
