I didn't, the wifi disconnected every 30 minutes and when I clicked the "solve problems" all I could get was "couldn't find the problem lmao". On XP the wifi worked pretty good and every time I got disconnected I could click the "solve problems" and bang, it worked again, funny thing is that there were no drivers for XP because the laptop was made for W7 so I had to make some stupid shit to make them work on XP and they worked much better.

Actually installed 7 in a VM today, and I really appreciated how out-of-your-way it is OOTB. No nagging for feedback, no forced updates, no auto-update schedule and "active hours," no deep telemetry, no ads on the Start Menu. I know that you can disable all this shit on 10 Enterprise and 10 LTSB, but the fact that you have to go out of your way to do it unlike in 7 makes it that much worse.

I actually remember Windows 7 being quite well received in 2009/10, considering that 7 was just everything Vista was supposed to be, and a lot more stable to boot.

I still work on a lot of Win7 computers for my job, and one of my biggest gripes with Win10 is that it always feels like I have fight to change any settings. Everything I could get to in 3 clicks with 7 takes 7 clicks with 10
