What’s it used for?

Doesn’t /mu/ seethe when Crowley and audiotechnica turntables are mentioned?

W-why?

still no support for ipod classic

I want a fucking CRT monitor so bad

Attached: image.jpg (997x781, 814K)

Then get off Jow Forums and start browsign Craigslist.

I have an old Dell computer monitor and a jvc bvm for retro gaymen and they're both great. The magnets in my new bookshelf speakers are fucking with them though, I need to reorganize my room to avoid that which is a major hassle since I don't think I can open them.
Also, do what the other user said and start hunting on craigslist, offerup, kijiji, etc.

Consider getting computer speakers. Any mid-range or better set will be magnetically shielded so you can place them right up against a CRT and it won't distort.

You can get em bretty cheap now

an intel processor

Sliderule.

While we're on the semi subject, anyone get any suggestions in finding a cheap PS4. I was in the hospital on Black Friday and missed out on those sweet $200 Slims.

Craigslist isn't an option for me--I live too close to the border, and all the good deals are snatched up by Mexicans.

I really hope it doesn't come down to replacing them fully because I like the setup on my small desk right now and the speakers sound fantastic. For now I'll do some more research into preventative measures.

Costco usually has them on sale and even their "regular" price is cheaper than retail.
>inb4 he doesn't have a costco membership

Why isn't that running Solaris?

Dear sweet lord, I wish.

I don't know what got it into my family to give me Costco gift cards, but I literally have $160 in Store Credit.

But for whatever stupid fucking reason, the Costcos near me only sell X Boxes.

This piece of shit of a program stems from Windows 3.x, I believe. The analysis/calculation is nearly true to life but the program is shit.

It officially supports Windows 8 but gets buffer overflows when ran in 4K resolution so it's just best to keep it in a virtual machine on XP.

top fucking kek. belt drive turntables have never been based, and never will be, you clueless faggot.

By "somewhere" you mean Amazon.

Still using this bad boy from 2009. It even managed to survive several seemingly fatal falls on the ground and being completely soaked in puddle.

Most people prefer belt drives for listening. DJs usually prefer direct drives.

>What’s it used for?
Homeserver, seedbox, netboot server, NAS among other things.
>Why isn't that running Solaris?
Because I use some PCI cards (Namely an Intel Gigabit Ethernet NIC and a Supermicro SATA II controller) that won't work under Solaris. Plus, I have other SPARC boxes running Solaris already.

I used to love watching old family guy episodes on my silver psp

An item that surely has been around since caveman times but is still useful and so cheap and simple there's no reason not to have one. Gotta respect that.

huh. that's some damn subtle marketing going on here. I approve.

Define obsolete.

I wish I had saved the original pic that the meme was based on. Or maybe I did, but I tagged it wrong. The original was "REPENT SINNER", which you can also find on the googles. You're right about the marketing, I can feel the pull too. But I don't usually buy clothes with words on (except T-shirts from events I've actually been to), so I can resist.

I hate schwag Ts too... unless it's something that's gonna either trigger someone or is some kind of secret Masonic handshake like the Derp Fox.

We actually had a Singer table we got from an antique store with one from the 1910s in it. Aesthetic as fuck

Those old Singers are built like tanks. They'll never die unless they get extreme abuse.

Same, I'm using a Q10 but sadly, the way the web is so bloated these days, pages are becoming increasingly impossible to browse.
