I just watch on my PC, using mpv. I don't torrent as much as the average person because my ISP will sometimes shut off my Internet for a few hours if it catches me seeding anything, so I usually check /m/ for MEGA links of the shows I'm interested in before going to torrent sites.
I've considered hooking a laptop up to a TV to watch anime, but I have roommates and don't want to reveal my power level.

Anime is a strictly better medium since it's more complex. It's harder to make a good anime, that's why most mangas are better than most animes, but the ceiling is higher than manga. Same goes for books>movies>videogames.

Not all anime get dubs. Modern dub quality has also gone down due to the demand for simuldubbing. If a show has a good dub I'll watch it but a lot of past greats never came to the west at all (though we've seen official subs for a ton of anime that I wouldn't've expected to ever get them in the past couple years), let alone with a dub.

It just sound better. Dubfags think like it doesn't matter, but it need to be edited. So some scenes can be cut out, some can be changed, meaning of words can be changed. Even fucking ghibli had changes in translations.
