im kinda scared to start hrt, every time i have some money to order my first batch of pills i procrastinate and buy something else instead, i really want it and im sure i want to be a girl but its a BIG thing and idk it just seems scary, does this mean i probably should do it or am i just being a pussy?

Two months into HRT a small bald patch began to form at the center of my hairline that was not there before. I had no recession before this.
Now, two years later, my hairline has gotten considerably worse to the point where I can no longer cover my forehead with my bangs. My T is suppressed, I'm on Finasteride, but it continues to progress.
I've now started using Minoxodil and a dermaroller to try to reverse things, but the shedding has made it now visibly noticeable that I am balding. I am very much worried that this hair will not return, and that I've lost it forever.
I don't know what to do. I'm two weeks into Minoxidil and will hold out for it giving results for a year before I give up on this.
Has anyone experienced anything similar to what I'm going through and have you conquered it somehow?
