I did more math:

Due to the 75w power draw found by Anandtech, the chip can't possibly be above 4.48 GHz according to what we know about 7nm power scaling. 1.25x performance at the same power, 1x perf at .5x power, and a given 0x perf at 0x power can be modeled by the equation

perf = 1.25pow1/3.106

Keep in mind that performance in a power draw sense refers only to clock speeds, not IPC or CB points.

As a baseline 2700x runs 4GHz all core boost and scores 1754CB.

The ES drew 75w which is 71.4% of the 2700x's 105w. So it runs 12.1% faster per my model. ES runs 4.48GHz all core boost according to power draw. ALL estimates on the ES clock speed above this figure cannot be correct based on TDP and best case scenario power scaling.

However we don't know the 1.25 power scaling is applicable at high frequencies, and if it is, then based on the 2057CB score vs 1754 IPC gains appear very small at 4.6% compared to rumors and what should be expected on 7nm anyway.

If we only get 1.15x performance at the same power just for example, then the ES is running at 4.3 GHz all core boost with 9% IPC gains. This is more realistic. This would be modeled like this:
