i have a 17 civic with one of these systems, and I spent way too much time figuring out how to root it and install whatever apps I wanted.

developer mode gets you jack shit and you can't even load files into the system or read any data off of it without entering factory maintenance mode. then you have to get into another hidden debug mode within there, which lets you switch one of the USB ports into device mode and start the adb server. but hey, guess what? no root access! so you still can't do anything that matters!

so you root it with dirtycow. alright cool, now you have a root shell over adb. now let me just adb push this apk and install it... BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE! the system only runs binaries that have been hashed and have the hash stored in a database file. so you have to go do some hashing shit on the app files you just installed then add that to the database - THEN you can launch that app normally.

this is actually true - but not anywhere near what these retards think it is. in normal mode there is a button to install apks from a flash drive but it only works with apps that were properly signed and their signature stored in the system from the factory, like everything else. the only purpose of this is to let service techs or customers install extra software they got in an upgraded package on top of the car's factory package, like navigation apps and such.

so, to even be able to compromise the system, you need to have physical access to it and enough time to go into mfr mode, hook up adb, and root it. if you have physical access to the inside of somebody's car then there are probably way more malicious things you could be doing than getting the name of the last siriusxm station they were listening to. like, ya know, the whole damn car since you need the keys to even turn on the infotainment system.

No, because the energy density of chemical weapons is orders of magnitude lower than the energy density of nuclear weapons, especially hydrogen bombs. No matter what hoops you go through (e.g. putting stuff into space), you ultimately have to burn really large amounts of stuff and you can only build rockets so big.
The only "conventional" weapon that could match nukes would be using rockets to slightly modify the trajectory of an asteroid (which already has much nuke-level kinetic energy), but idk why you'd want to do that.
