Yeah, it's literally the same as having 4ChanX + Stylus, the only difference is the latter can be used on every page while OneeChan is restricted to Jow Forums.
Although if what OP said is true and OneeChan requires you to have Adobe Flash Player, that's one big and awful disadvantage.
