Only kikes see a problem with that. But I guess you just hate that the white man enjoys liberty, don't you? Fucking vermin.

do that thing from fight club and get another job lad

Still working about half of the time compared to your grandparents, even with the "overtime" included.
Also
>working part-time
>claims to have overtime
You clearly don't know what overtime means. Get a real job, faggot.

>work from home for company that's 50% remote
>nobody really knows how few hours I work, but I'm good at responding to emails
>top performer on my team
The only way to do software. Never working in an office again.

I'm right there with you bro.
But at least we're not minimum-wage, college drop-out fags like the rest of Jow Forums!

>You clearly don't know what overtime means
i was talking about two different things.
1. inability to get full-time work since the employers don't want to give full-time benefits
2. and those that do have full-time jobs having MANDATORY -UNPAID- OVERTIME they have to work, especially in programming.

Same here been exclusively working remotely for the last 5 years. Getting paid salary for 40hrs/wk. Honestly I only work about 10hrs/wk. I’ll never go back to cubicle life

>1. inability to get full-time work since the employers don't want to give full-time benefits
Wrong and illegal.

>2. and those that do have full-time jobs having MANDATORY -UNPAID- OVERTIME they have to work, especially in programming.
Wrong and illegal.

Come back when you're 18 kid, and then we can discuss how the real world works.

>>increased population from

. and those that do have full-time jobs having MANDATORY -UNPAID- OVERTIME they have to work, especially in programming.
>Wrong and illegal.

I dont know about his first point but I can corroborate his second.

Often times you get contracts with an overtime contingent like 10 hours a week that it says is reserved for "economic necessity" but your line manager will expect you to exhaust it every time.

that way even if your contract says 40 hrs a week you'll be working 50 for the same money.

which is not completely true because these contracts come with a higher salary but it feels like you're being abused.

>wrong and illegal
You are completely out of touch with how the real world operates. I agree that they are wrong, but they DO happen, all the time. Get back to me when you get a job in the private sector, pal.

For the first point, in my country it's only allowed to keep someone on a temporary contract for maximum 18 months before being forced to offer a full-time position. And if you get to month 17 and your employer fires you, he isn't allowed to hire someone else.

>agrees to contract for higher salary
>calls it mandatory
You know what used to be mandatory? Being in debt to the factory owner, him legally owning your kids so you and your wife and all your kids were working for him?

Or before that? Working on the fields, letting the vasall king fuck your wife while you were farming food he got 60-70% of and then being forced to fight his wars.

That's mandatory.

Also, those kind of contracts you are talking about are illegal in my country. You either get paid overtime or you don't, and if you don't you can just leave after the end of the work day. 37.5 hours per week.

We do have special positions that don't count overtime ("særlig uavhengig stilling"), but those contracts are typically used for CEOs and include a significant salary increase and massive tax benefits.

Private sector follow worker laws, otherwise they get sued to hell and beyond. See

>argues why lack of socialism and worker unions is wrong
>blames industrialisation instead of capitalism

>>increased population from implying this is a good thing

>Also, those kind of contracts you are talking about are illegal in my country.
fyi there's more than 1 country on this planet.

I'm just saying it feels like you're cheated when it says "40 hour contract", but then in the fine print it says it's actually 50.

just reporting what I experienced, no need to get salty.

>fyi there's more than 1 country on this planet.
Ditto

I'm just saying that bitching over lack of worker rights is your own god damn problem and can't be blamed on the industrial revolution. If you want better worker rights, then threaten to change jobs or join a union.

>implying population increase isn't a symptom of prosperity and wealth aka less children dying
>implying the overpopulation meme is true
Go suck on Alex Jones' dick.

>Private sector follow worker laws
you sweet innocent child. may your sleep be peaceful always.

>everybody is out to get me
>it's not my own fault that I am a total loser
>"why even bother to be hard working, I'll only end up cheated. I'll just play videogames all day and live off mommy instead"
This is what happens when you gave your zoomer kids gold medals for coming last.

>hurr durr capitalism and private sector is ebil
Go take a helicopter ride, you fucking commie.

> There's trillion of ants, therefore being ant is better than being a lion.
Overwhelmingly onions.

Ants have been around for millions of years before lions and will be around for millions of years after lions, so yeah, they're pretty much what peak evolution looks like.

Working hours increased with the industrial revolution, they didn't decrease.

>I'm just saying that bitching over lack of worker rights is your own god damn problem and can't be blamed on the industrial revolution. If you want better worker rights, then threaten to change jobs or join a union.

I did quit that shit, and I'm not sure if it's legal even. but the reality is that IT grads are a dime a dozen if you know where to look, and people are happy to have a job so they take pretty much anything.

>Working hours increased with the industrial revolution, they didn't decrease.
That's just blatantly wrong. They severely decreased, so did the need for child labour.

>but the reality is that IT grads are a dime a dozen
That's definitively not the situation here.

You know what you gotta do now: burn the building down.

Checked. Most people will disagree with you because they hold no deeper values. They are either too stupid or soulless. Addiction to luxury.

The idea of human rights aren't a mistake, it's just that the UN's declaration of what they are, when it's not outright wrong, is totally self nullifying. There are certain things that nobody can stop you from doing, and things that nobody would want someone to stop them from doing, and therefore pursuant to treating each other how they want to be treated, should not stop other people from doing (unless you really need to!), like thinking whatever you want, disagreeing, breathing, owning guns, stuff like that.

> A third of the working hours
>average workday is 8 hours

Yeah you're a tool

>average workday is 8 hours
Lol, cucked by the jews. It's 6 here in Denmark.

>implying people used to work 24 hours a day
No, but they did used to work 16-18 hours a day.

People used to work on both Saturdays and Sundays, you fucking idiot. Having the weekend off is a modern conception.

kill yourself at this point, unironically.

>modern work week is 40 hours per week
>3 * 40 = 120
>full week has 168 hours
>leaves 6.9 hours for sleep and eating every day
You're a retard
