i went normal weight twice but back skinny
i did this AS ADICIONALS
1st i did 30 mins body exercize and drink mega mass.
2nd i was in england, small gym few time and eat at burger king twice a day or 5 burgers with eggs at morning at work as adicional

I most certainly don't think that, to gain muscle you need to work three times a week for months along with a diet that isn't shit, secondly yes steroids are an option however I personally like to have muh benis to continue working but that only happens if your very consistent with them.

Also yes spinach is a very good plant for bulking.
