This is to any of you who own a QSHAVE safety razor or some sort of other Merkur future clone. You should take it apart and lubricate it. I just did it to mine and the adjustment is so much smoother. Before it was really hard to adjust, and now it is really smooth. I personally used silicone oil, but any type of oil would probably do. It's really easy to do, just follow this disassembly video and apply the oil to the threads and the screw hole.

There's something strange I have noticed about the KZ foam tips
The black ones are different from the red and blue ones. The black ones have this weird coating that makes them smooth and protects the foam, which in return makes them last way longer. The red and blue ones don't have such thing and will just crumble apart after being cleaned with rubbing alcohol like while the black ones survived being cleaned with rubbing alcohol several times. Also the colored ones get dirty and discolored really quickly. Also not really suitable for T2s, since you need to stretch them a bit to get them to fit
TL;DR: KZ colored foam tips a shit and do not recommend. Black ones are OK.
