What did he mean by this?
Why OpenSUSE doesn't have double-click enabled out of the box?
Besides that, 10/10, comfy

neck yourself faggot
I tried search for Yuzuko on Danbooru but I'm not getting anything. Help?
>clicking stuff like in muh vidya
Just so you see I can minimize with middleclick, which I don't do since I use workspaces to see my shit already open when I need to.
I don't even use the close button since I can do alt f4 or control q.
Minimazing applications is for faggots and boomers, just use workspaces with keybinds.
cool
nonohara_yuzuko

no, if you are autistic enough to care about systemd you shouldn't be using a distro that will stay behind in security updates like a fork of a fork, fucking retard.
Use slackware or gentoo if you care about systemd
Nice, nice

needing ui elements for rodent usage. the absolute state of plasma users
I shouldn't be the only one worried that desktop threads haven't seen Kyle in a bit, right?
literally who
QuaternityDE when?
Looks like shit.

No, it isn't better than Gnome. Not by a long shot.
I get that hating gnome is the latest shit in this subreddit of a board, but despite its many flaws, Gnome is still very good.
really rude desu
Nice m-music a-user!!
Underrated.
9/10 if that is even real.
Go fuck yourself, you sheltered fuck.
literally almost every desktop environment in existence is better than gnome
Go drink some bleach and shoot yourself in the mouth, you fucking failed abortion.

based except for the jagged truetype fonts... I keep antialiasing on in my Xresources and then just use bitmap fonts where I can personally
github.com
firefox has an option to override default fonts and it looks really good with fonts that have a lot of sizes (like tamsyn, uw_ttyp0, etc)
lole
linux ricing guide where?
thanks retard
What the fuck are you talking about, crackhead...
>KDE
Just like in Microsoft Windows, you click on taskbar, needful program pops up, without hiding current program.
Just like in Microsoft Windows, you click minimize button, not needful program hides. You don't see it, yet it still runs. Fucking magic.
Just like in Microsoft Windows, you click on Start button, you have start menu with needful shortcuts, sorted list of programs and search bar, which doesn't hide needful current window.
Absolutely customizable.
>Gn*me
Need to see all windows open. Click on activity, needful programs are hidden. Absolutely uncomfortable and unneeded experience.
Need to hide a window... Oops, can't do this.
Need to search shit fast, or open needful program... Hides current program.
No customization.
Literally anything: the desktop thread
shut up yuifag
How many computers do you have, Jordan?
needful...
nani the fr*ck never ever been a yui fag
Currently in service I only use 3
>needful...
Sir, what is wrong?
it needs doing
Sir, but this is exactly what KDE does. It does the needful from DE, while Gn*me is fucking garbage, which stops people from doing the needful in loo
in the manual
noob windows fag here
>want to get into linux
>some guys at uni have a talk about how fedora and gnome are great
>install fedora
>have to reinstall it 4 times due to different issues
>"reliable" my ass
>look up distros
>decide fuck it, let's install arch
The install process was weird but it taught me how to use the console
Fedora is good, I don't know how would you get a problem where you need to reinstall it, not just one but multiple times. It was probably because the arch wiki hold your hand that you didn't fuck up there.
Rolling releases are less reliable in general
i installed arch once years ago but don't even remember the commands or how i did it. The amount you "learn" using arch is exaggerated.
:(
The first time I installed it, it offered me updates. Installed the updates and the thing wouldn't boot. Apparently it messed up the fstab file but at that point I didn't know what the heck fstab was so I had to reinstall it.
The second time it was stuck in airplane mode, did a shitload of things to fix it to no avail. Guys from fedora irc couldn't help either.
No but you see I didn't know how to browse directories at that point, so it worked for me as a noob linux tutorial
2nded
Where did that top come from? Is it this?
github.com
I searched for intel_gpu_top and got middling results.
should be
it is provided by intel-gpu-tools package
>INB4 people give me shit for having windows
>INB4 people give me shit for liking Shizune
That's not a desktop.
truly the worst girl
enjoy nerds
Why don't you girls set your panels to auto-hide instead of wasting screen-space on it, specially precious vertical screen-space? I kind of get why KDE people don't use auto-hide since it's utterly broken and won't be fixed.. but why won't you girls who are using a sensible stable desktop like XFCE4 instead of that buggy pile that is KDE do it?
so I see you're running GNOME!
Woah kemosabe
>Why don't you girls set your panels to auto-hide instead of wasting screen-space on it
Thanks for idea, m8. But I'm not a girl tho.
Looks like it is working flawlessly on KDE under OpenSUSE
Unironically thanks m8
