You can get an aftermarket backplate with whatever you want on it but it's not very cheap.

And that's where it makes the most sense to have a design since that's what you'll be looking at anyway, the fan side of a GPU's usually down.

If any of you girls want a custom plexiglass backplate then coldzero out of Portugal is one alternative. It's like $50 for the backplate and probably another $10-20 depending on how many colors you want your anime waifu to have and then there's shipping. The only reason I am aware of this is that my RX570 didn't come with a backplate so I looked into what options there are.

sure. Usually mainboard, or more generally PCB, silkscreen is single color but there's nothing stopping you from making it multi color. Just needs three printing runs instead of one.
I'd be fine with single color and them stopping to strap gay ass shit on it though

RGB was suppose to be used for being able to chose whatever color you want as case lighting was limited to whatever manufacturers put out but now seems to be exclusively used for making everything rainbows
