I'm looking into finally moving on to Windows 10, but i'm not sure on what version to get between LTSC 2019 or Enterprise.

I'm leaning towards LTSC for not having stuff like cortana out of the box and getting security updates for a good few years, but it misses out on stability updates and if I ever need a major update for compatibility reasons I need to completely reinstall.
The other option I'm looking at is a version of Enterprise with all the crap removed via MSMG ToolKit, but then I'd need to figure out how to how to delay updates until i know they aren't broken as hell, but also how to get the major updates without them completely reinstalling all the crap I removed.
Looking through the pastebin in the OP again, it mentions that the Toolkit should be run again when getting the feature updates, but no info on how to actually do that.

So what's the better option right now, put in the effort to try and make a perfect version of Enterprise, or go with LTSC and hope the current version is stable?
Would I even be able to delay certain updates without blocking security ones, and use MSMG Toolkit to get feature updates without it adding junk back in?

Whatever you decide to do, the advice in the pastebin is a little bit outdated. MStoolkit is no longer the recommended tool for activating installations of windows 10. There's a simple collection of scripts called KMS_VL_ALL that works on anything and is much faster than mstoolkit or kmspico. I'd recommend making an account on MyDigitalLife and downloading it from the thread there, since you don't want to get this kind of software from unverified third parties. This script comes with a readme that explains how to change the configuration so that it will auto renew all activations periodically. It's as simple as changing a 0 to a 1 in the batch file.

it probably works just fine, but for 7 I believe that mstoolkit is the recommended. Probably doesn't really matter at that point desu just use whatever works.

How do you guys watch 4k movies in hdr on your computers? Follow up question : a player that also supports dolby atmos. So far only vlc on the windows store and the default windows player actually support atmos. Getting one that has that AND displays HDR content would be a godsend.
Idk if it's my display or what but it just looks dull no matter which player I use. I have the hdr option turned on in settings and shit just looks dull. My projector (optoma uhd51a) switches to hdr mode and stays there. Colors look super dull and when I watch movies through VLC or default windows player it doesn't change or do anything. Even when playing hdr games I don't see any difference. Uncharted 4 for example looked completely different when I used an optoma uhd60 and turned HDR on. Like everything just popped and textures got sharper and more vivid. That just doesn't happen on my uhd51a.
I really wanna sell it and just wait for a projector that has the best of both worlds. The udh60 had limited placement options, lacked 3d and was surprisingly loud but overall I gotta say it looked better by a landslide.
I'm at a loss honestly.
