Current mod team across the site is just shit in general. They're extremely reluctant or just outright refuse to hand out bans for shit like blatant attention whoring with selfies for hours but they'll toss you a ban or 404 your thread on a board-appropriate topic randomly. It's a huge issue on /v/ and Jow Forums lately, and I'm basically convinced now that /v/ mods are all tranny freaks because they'll just delete posts (if that) instead of ban any tranny that's shoving their propaganda and pictures into random threads. I wouldn't be surprised if entire mod teams for any board are comprised of people that aren't even regulars on that board, or were pulled off some discord server with their buttbuddies. I typically only browse Jow Forums on my computer but I'll read Jow Forums /v/ Jow Forums and Jow Forums between sets at the gym or on the bus. Jow Forums's mods are slow as fuck while /v/'s feel downright malicious with what threads they choose to delete. It's ridiculous for real threads to get nuked at random while pure shitposts get left up, and the only thing I've actually seen banned properly is hardcore porn. Pic related is kind of old now but nothing has changed since I screencapped this. Look how long that thread lasted on page 1, and this shit happens all the time in the middle of threads not just OPs. It's definitely a push by somebody and with the ways mods act across this site since the luggage lad craze was in full swing I can't help but believe it's intentional.
