4 short Recovery failed BIOS Recovery has failed. This failure typically happens so quickly after recovery is initiated that it sounds like a 2-4 beep code.

THIS IS WHAT WEBSITE SAY

WHAT THIS MEAN FUCK

Clear CMOS

IF YOU LEAVE LE BATTERY OUT FOR A WHILE THEN PUT IT BACK THAT CLEARS IT RIGHT?

DO I HAVE TO RE FLASH THE BIOS MAYBE?

battery yes yes

>unplug computer
>take battery out
>hold down power button on the case for 10-15 seconds
>check if everything else seems properly plugged/seated
>optional:slap the case and call it a piece of shit
>put battery back in
>plug computer
>boot it up and hope for the best

Some motherboards have a CMOS jumper use that.

STOP YELLING, YOU FAGGOT

>optional:slap the case and call it a piece of shit
IS THIS NECESSARY

I CAN'T STOP

IF THE BIOS RESET DOES NOT FIX IT SHOULD I FLASH IT? OR WHAT IF GET BLACK SCREEN CAN I STILL FLASH IT AND THAT MIGHT WORK?

Time to get a new one, goyim.

Depends on what failed. Boards 10 years ago had a single soldered BIOS chip. If you fried that, for whatever reason, the board was essentially dead. There might be other reasons why your board started beeping, broken leads, dust on RAM sticks, idk

Unplug computer, take out battery for a few minutes like user said. If that doesn't help reflash BIOS. Try resetting BIOS if you can, if you can get into the BIOS menu or something. If that doesn't help F to you

Be a good goy - buy new hardware frequently. Mainland China's oligarchic economy depends on you!

install gentoo

>install gentoo

LOL NO

its dead give up

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF IT IS THE PROCESSOR POSSIBLE DEAD OR THE MOTHERBOARD

>CPU not working = CPU
>Motherboard not working = motherboard
You need to test them with other hardware to be sure

you fried your integrated gpu

congrats you are a Chef !

Use the jumper, the battery doesn't always work on modern boards anymore, it's just there to keep time, not the CMOS settings.

take it out and put it in the microwave. It's like a defibrilator for your cpu.

Trolling aside, have you considered reading the manual?
