on the rare occasion I buy sweets for myself, I buy something from the little debbies section.

Under $2 for a WHOLE BOX of Nutty Bars, Swiss Cake Rolls, or Oatmeal Creme Pies is a pretty great deal compared to spending that much for a single king-sized candy bar.

my 92 year old grandpa eats candy occasionally. I think part of his health and longevity has been his happy positive attitude and not being scared to indulge himself for health reasons. Being stressed is worse than chocolate on your health.
