Open the file in audacity, and plug in your headphones into your computer and listen to the song a few times. Then once you think you've got the lyrics and and rhythm down try recording your signing on a new track in audacity. Once your done signing either save and send me the audacity file with the main track muted, or just export and .mp3 or .flac or whatever with just your signing ITT. If you want to, you can do this twice and post two tracks of your signing which can allow me to do extra things in editing.

I sang 4 times, twice at the top of my range and twice at the bottom. I then duplicated one of the tracks from the top of my range and one of the tracks from the bottom. So i had 3 tracks in two different octaves, i then used the shift tool in audacity to stagger out tracks so that each were a bit offset temporally so you get a bit of a chorus effect. The problem is since its all my singing its all in the same tone and timbre
Also, it dosen't have to be great it just has to be decent.
