Have never seen these in person, or any true wireless in ears.
They look cool but anyone who oknows anything about audio at all knows on ears that do not seal are unusable. Worse than $7 in ears. Literally no bass under 70hz at best.

This. Not an apple fan by any means but they seem like the only good 'true wireless' earbuds. If they had seamless support with android and weren't priced so ridiculously I would definitely buy them. I also think the whole charging case is cool, although it would be nice if that took USB-C and lightning although that will never happen. It seems like I just have to wait for some new iteration of the pixel buds to copy the airpods.

The funniest part is that those airbud toys are sold at a price-point where you can get a decent pair of headphones - and even cheap headphones are superior to airbuds and IEMs and earbuds in every way.

However in-ears give me ear cancer due to my own biological quirks, so I just use cans when out.

Not him, but i got some airpods for a trip abroad last year and use them constantly for work now.

I havent found a better open back pair of wireless earbuds, though there a ton of closed back IEMs available that blow it out of the water in sound quality. The airpods are useless in louder areas though, even the music at the gym is too loud to hear them reliably.

I hear the Anker ones are pretty similar for under $100, doesn't have seamless integration because the W1 chip is proprietary and there's nothing like it on Android but otherwise it's close.

I have AirPods and they're great for my use, super comfortable and they never fall out with great battery life. Plan on picking up the Ankers for my laptop soonish and I'll see how those perform.

I’m super into in ear memes and got these for christms. I never expected to use them but they’re quite nice. Super light, I often forget that I’m wearing them. The dedicated hardware also means they connect super quickly to my devices.

Great for gym, absolute god tier for phone calls and meetings. Also, it’s nice how they automatically mute/ stop sound when I take one out.

Sound quality 4/10 (better than expected)
Comfort 10/10 (often forget I’m wearing them)
Usability 10/10 (seamlessly connects instantly to whatever Apple device is playing sound, automatically turns off when I remove)

The moment you start comparing stuff like sound isolation, screen size or processor you've lost interest from the buyers.

Say what you want about "normal people" not comparing Apple products to the Sony, Xaomi, Samsung version before buying, like some of you do. At the end of the day the only reason these companies sell phones, tablets, watches it's because the apple version is too expensive for some people.
