Don't say that. It never breaks if you are a power user. People who are new to Arch will mostly likely break something because they usually have no idea what they are doing. But that's how every Linux or OS works, it's just that Arch encourages you to do dangerous things.(ie. it's not idiot proof)
But in the other hand troubleshooting is so easy with amazing Wiki and the community.
