>2019 >Not loving and appreciating Ryzen products for making computing competitive and affordable
Post your LOVE for your Ryzen product here and remember, anybody who hates Ryzen also hates competition and wants to be enslaved by a global monopoly.
You don't have to use Ryzen to appreciate the competition it brings to the market. Only a shill or cuck would want Ryzen and AMD to die, leaving Intel to gouge us all.
Remember to tell anybody who trolls this thread to fuck off and go suck Intel's cock.
Oh yeah, you should have gotten the 2600X on sale, it's obvious you only game.
Brody Gonzalez
shut the fuck up I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and its fucking garbage should have gotten an I5 8700K instead I been jewed
Colton Robinson
>being this mad over your own pathetic life you are just a dumb gaymer, who the fuck cares what you think?
Landon Howard
Day one Ryzen early adopter here. I have an R7-1700X sitting in an Asus CH6 X370 motherboard. Even at stock speeds and slower 2400MHz memory I'm getting 85+ FPS in 90% of titles. Reduced my encoding times a shit load too compared to my old i7- 6700k.
Eagerly awaiting the Ryzen 3850X.
Julian Foster
Gaymes for me have been fine on my r7. Ryzen sucks for gaming is a meme.
Carson Sanders
>Eagerly awaiting the Ryzen 3850X. I might finally upgrade my 2500k to this.
Evan Jackson
I have a 1700x, 2700, 2200g and 2400g. All work great
Joseph White
It's not that R7 sucks for gaming, it's that it's useless to buy one over a 2600X if you're only going to game.
Hudson Cooper
>shut the fuck up I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and its fucking garbage No 2700x owner says this.
Logan Rivera
The Intel shills can't stand anybody liking Ryzen
John Hall
Nobody buys Intel.
Gavin Garcia
why are they taking so long to release the new zen 2 CPUs?
Adrian Brooks
He probably uses windows too
Jordan Reyes
What do you mean? They released ryzen 1 around March last year, and they'll probably release it around then, maybe month later.
Isaac Nguyen
New node process (7nm) and probably trying to iron out every single problem. Clamping down on memory latency, making sure all motherboard manufacturers are on the same page in regards to BIOS stability. Some don't realize just how important it is for AMD to present a good finished CPU/ecosystem. If 7nm tapes out as good as rumored, it could easily boost their market share value by 25% or more.
Imagine a 7nm Vega based 4c8t APU in a laptop.
Levi Lee
>Be me >Was considering switching to a Ryzen CPU >Look at a few benchmarks >Realize that the Poozen CPUs barely reach the single core performance of my old 6600k Is AyyMD even trying?
Kayden Price
you'll be lucky to see it by june
Eli Gray
people were saying zen 2 chips will be release in august
Owen Foster
and i believe u ;)
Kayden Diaz
I can't seem to find any laptop with the newer H variant of the Ryzen mobile chips. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Luke Brown
Didn't they launch them at CES this year? :^)
Aaron Evans
6 cores 12 threads 4.8GHz boost when?
William Johnson
>Being a pathetic fuck who worships a brand. Please stay on Jow Forums for the rest of your life and don't infect the general populace.
Julian Clark
So, anybody seen those Userbenchmark 12c Ryzen leaks?
Leo Morris
Yup I saw them. Really hoping it's real. I wonder if that's where AMD is going to stop at 12c24t on AM4 so they don't cut into their Threadripper sales.
Evan Gomez
What do you think of the estimated latencies?
Henry Howard
I hope they improve the memory latency because it's quite bad from these benchs.
Oliver Rivera
bad for now because as expected, growing pains of moving onto 7nm. To expect a flawless transition is ignorant. They're making an x86 architecture on one of the smallest available nodes. (barring 5nm for ARM and some super special cases).
I intend to buy the 3850X, top tier X570 board, and 2x16GB of the fastest DDR4 I can buy. Like 4000MHz+. I intend to make this one of the last CPU upgrades for at least 5 years.
>Threadripper If their dumping of the 2900x as an entry level 8c TR SKU is any indication and the rumours for the 3800x and 3850x are true, then expect the 3920x to be a 24c/48t 5.2ghz monster.
Glad you asked. See, Mark Papermaster gave an interview at CES and talked about how IFv2 is decoupled from RAM speed, so RAM speed latency won't harm CPU performance. Also, you have to remember that the communication with RAM is done through the I/O die. It is quite possible that AMD, while trying to get a stable high freq Zen2 chiplet, have withheld from tampering the timing on the I/O die and its controller is probably working on a 2666mhz frequency with shoddy timings. I'm expecting a lot of improvement on that front, but I do expect some higher latency that's offset by the doubling of cache sizes.
Xavier Thomas
Now that we have all the AMD poors in one thread, hopefully the mods nuke it and ban you all.
Bentley Ramirez
You're so funny. I subscribed to your channel.

Guess how I know you're lying, This guy is right. And >An i5 8700K Non-existent CPU. Can't even double check the name of the bullshit you're spouting to roleplay an Intel fan.
Lincoln Gomez
I didn't know they made jew-chinks
William Allen
ryzen 7 1700 and very good
Nathan Cruz
when you buy intel you only need one
Joseph Roberts
Good day to you too, tripfag. Into the filter you go.
If the most CPU intensive thing I do is to play video games, are Ryzen CPUs a good pick ? For my next build I'm thinking of getting a 2560x1440 144hz display and I need a CPU to go along with it
Kayden Myers
Is there any advantage to waiting for motherboards designed for Zen 2, or since they still use the same socket will any good one do just as well?
Charles Nelson
>I love this certain brand of consumer electronics
sittin here on my lowsy r5 1600 ocd 3800mhz with a x35 core ratio
Eli Cruz
How would I use 1 CPU in different buildings & states?
Bentley Gonzalez
when should Ryzen 1 owners upgrade? Ryzen 3 or 4?
Jose Robinson
I'm actually considering when I saw up in a few months for a new computer AMD for the first time ever , at least on the cpu side they seem like a good value, don't know about the gpu side "quite" yet but that's easier to switch between anyway vs having to get entire new shit switching between amd and intel.

GAYMURS RYZE UP
John Sullivan
Is everybody on Jow Forums a gaymur?
Benjamin Garcia
when do we get the laptops with ryzen 3000 mobile parts? i am looking for one right now. if it will take too long then i will have to buy something else. but i really want this ryzen 3000 series. anyone have info ?
Jace Barnes
I have been holding out for a long time due to lower ST/gaming performance. Once Ryzen 3000 series drops and we have gaming performance better than or nearly equal too intel i7k's im dropping coin on the 12core 3700x and a nice motherboard.
Jackson Ortiz
HAHA 32GB ONLY?
Logan Brooks
1700x running 3ghz ram
4150mhz can run a few gpu intensive games 4100mhz runs most games, crashes sometimes 4050mhz stable gaming overclock 4000mhz completely stable. I can also post in 4.2 but any stress crashes it.
Love this 1700x, picked it up for $200 cad on black friday and its killing it.
Finally upgraded my i7 920 to a 2600 I got on sale. Feels good.
Isaiah Russell
>I have a Ryzen 7 2700x and its fucking garbage And that's how you show us you don't have a 2700X. And if you do, you'll be very disappointed when you get your Intel if you're expecting more performance.
Ryan Sanchez
>Day one Ryzen early adopter here Same here.
1600X owner here, eagerly awaiting my drop-in upgrade to a 3600X on the same mobo.
Kevin Rivera
>Remember to tell anybody who trolls this thread to fuck off and go suck Intel's cock SHITEL BTFOREVER
>wow my POOZEN cpu is so good >can't wait to ditch it after one year of use! This is the life of an amdrone. Don't fall for the AyyMD meme, citizens of Jow Forums, you have been warned.
