>oy gevalt you're cutting into my already massive ad revenue, goy!
>your ad blocker is killing my fake news website!

Doesn't block scripts and yt ads

Still great to remove annoying ads inside some mobile apps.

As for YouTube: Use mpv on desktop or ublock in your browser and Newpipe on mobile. If you're an iFag, you're fucked. But that's your own fault anyways.

How do I set up pihole + open vpn? I can't get the VPN part to work at all

It's not a problem on pc or android as you have different solutions, I'm talking about not android/pc devices. Like smart tv.

Attach something to your TV that is not a cancerous botnet.
For a TV: Use a Raspberry Pi and install OSMC or some other device that runs Kodi. It has a great YouTube addon which is ad-free. You can either search for videos in the addon itself or send the links from other PCs or phone to the Pi.

tell pihole to listen on all interfaces

>basedhole is the only way to get network wide adblocking
>routing all your outgoing shit through an ARM SoC
>what is rerouted dnsmasq with a hosts file

Too much trouble, time and money to spend.
For the moment I'm using public pihole for my tv. It blocks most ads. Except regional ones that are prob not on the easy list or whatever list it uses. Scripts/ popups are not blocked
They load empty pages but still annoying

>shithead posts the webm about faggots and useless nintendo switch

good job OP, you are worse than the cum guzzler the webm is depicting

> >routing all your outgoing shit through an ARM SoC
Pihole doesn't have to work on Pi, though.

onions!

>MUST USE PI HOLE FOR NETWORK WIDE AD BLOCKING
Soi at its best.
Fuck off tech illiterate.

basedhole

>he uses an arduino as his microcontroller board

It's funny seeing people still posting this shitty thing a year on from when I made it, thank you for finding it entertaining enough to repost it.
But please save the original webm version instead of that crappy gif.

>traffic is routed through your DNS server
no

>using dnsmasq as your primary DNS server
wtf? You run dnsmasq on your home network's exit router to filter stuff there. You should definitely configure dnsmasq to resolve your services' domains via your normal DNS servers (running BIND9) directly though, over an encrypted backbone connection of course.
