Not much at the moment, some old as fuck dell servers and a couple of custom built ones at the bottom.
I'm learning how to do distributed computing via infiniband. There's also a tape autoloader at the bottom i use for backing everything up. All the PCs in the building boot from a SAN i set up using targetcli on a fedora box via the Brocade DS-4900B about half way up the rack. It's all slow 4gbps stuff, but it does the job.

It's basically built up of parts other people were throwing away.

if you have some scrap wood to put between the bottom of the desk and the clamping point to spread out the pressure that can buy you time until you can replace your desk

you're introducing a lot of background noise by doing so. there is no fucking point to add filters if its not near your face, which is how you use condenser mics btw.

That laptop? It's a archive box powered by Lubuntu. I use it to archive youtube videos, and webpages. I administer the laptop remotely with my Lenovo ideacentre desktop.

The ASUS laptop right now is also downloading YouTube videos as well.
