Fuck these man. Why isn't the whole head made out of copper by now.

I still use it.

I'm using one that's snapped right now
It's a pain to get out, but not so much of an inconvenience that i'd buy a new cable

I have wifi cables that I've plugged and unplugged hundreds of times and the connectors are still fine.

>wifi cable

Excuse me what is a wifi cable?

there's a line that people cross and life snaps back at them WAKE THE FUCK UP.

Don't forget that we also have bluetooth cables.

It's like a USB line, I'll show you later.

>orange man bad

Hello fellow UC gentleman.

Come by my island style house (you know the one)

I want plastic ones that are spring loaded

I use it even if it snaps, it makes it alot easier to remove

Buy a bag of RJ45 connectors and a crimping tool, and you'll never have a problem ever again.

Bonus points if you get a roll of bulk cable, it'll last you ages and you'll always have the exact length of cable you need.

Imagine being such a fucking neanderthal that you break your cables.

I hope you stub your toe.

umad?

I have never had this happen. Take better care of your shit.

My computer somethimes loses connection because the fucking cable is broken and falls off all the time.
Wifi would be far more reliable.

It's okay, you're cheap shit anyways.

name of shit plug?

I have a roll and a ton of connectors but I've only been successful in crimping once or twice

Think of it like sex.

i've never had one snap
never bought shit 45 connectors either. china was shipping flammable ones awhile back

...

>the current state of /gee/ - Virgins

I bought one of these for when i got hired as a "on-call" IT guy. The crimper was a piece of shit, had to replace it within 6 months when I was working on a job at a burger king replacing the cat5e cables.

Next time buy American.

The one with the massive fuckin' fracture line down the middle?

Double digit being 10.

Do you not have a crimping tool? If you do it's literally foolproof, you're probably not aligning the wires right or cutting them off too short
I've had to re-terminate rj45 by hand with a pocket knife before (massive pain in the ass) it's just about getting the wires into the jack correctly at the start and keeping them jammed in all the way

looks like colored plastic

you must have shitty equipment. I've crimped four or five cat7 cables with a borrowed professional crimping tool and all work flawlessly.

>trip over one of these bad boys
>pull the socket right off your motherboard

Unscrews.

Wifi is such dogshit.

Never happened.
You must be neanderthal to break these

these were shit, good thing we moved on from these
displayport is where it's at

Attached: Displayport-cable.jpg (572x346, 62K)

I don't know why but my motherboard is designed to bend these down, not snap them, but leaves the cable unable to ever clip again.

I didn't press the button hard enough and it stripped my GPU socket.
I had to buy another Vega 56 just to get freesync back.

then press the button hard enough, sójboy
also Freesync works over HDMI with my monitor

USB only needs 4 pins, so why shouldn't that be good enough?

He's right you know. You should have asked for an ethernet cable retard.

>"Hey man can I borrow a cable to charge my phone?"
>"yeah sure"
>"Wow this is a good one"
>he takes it with him

This is why I buy the push through connectors. I get so tired of having to make sure each wire is the same length

Should have asked for a wifi cable dummy.

Sure, if you suck at walking. Why aren't you routing the cables along the baseboard in the first place?
