* People from academia
* Nerdy Schizoid / Autists
* Makers
* Pornographers
* Deviant of all kinds

All those people tend to create something. But the Internet was far too convenient to be used only by those people, and when the smart-phone "revolution" happened, the creators were outnumbered 1/1000. Some were even forced to leave (deviant, pornographers and some schizoids). The ratio of creators went down, their is many more people on the Internet but most of them are dead weights.
