It's basically the new Youtube , it is similar to vine in that it is an app that lets you scroll through videos and the videos are short , but with Vine the videos were too short , Tik Tok allows you to make longer videos at most 1 minute , but a lot videos are 10 to 15 seconds. But the basics of it will remind you more of Youtube than Vine , old Youtube not movie trailer Youtube that exists now.
I hope it overtakes Youtube.
And then they allow longer videos.
