this

im currently using all of those things
the only way into linux tbqh
at first i was like "st cant scrollback long terminal outputs it is suckmore!"
but i realized it was on purpose because a terminal emulator is not a pager, it is a terminal emulator. it shouldnt try to do things.
as a result i use pipelines more and am getting fairly good at chaining commands
thank you suckless!

I mainly like st because it's much easier to setup keybinds than almost any other terminal.
Also you can easily patch scrollback I do it and have ctrl shift j/k for up and down. Very useful for smaller screens.
I also like being able to dynamically zoom in and out and there's not a single terminal program out there that has zooming work as well as st.

can i3blocks be made to run on dwm? or anything else that can take independent clickable modules or whatever

What makes it different from the thing I have in i3?

nothing, keep using i3. just fuck off if you can't appreciate high quality programs

With a loop in ~/.xinitrc for system informations in the status bar.
Does anyone know how to get a 1px border around dmenu though? It's been driving me nuts.

is there any patch to fix the horrendous latency yet?

Try increasing the maximum frame rates in config.h?
