true, but within reason. any cardio you can do for more than 10 minutes is cardio not worth doing because it impacts gains at that point. i run 2km in 10 minutes after every weights sessions and it has not impacted any strength gains in the slightest.

Its not about putting on muscle for bodybuilding. It's a matter of physics and biology, your leg muscles are bigger than your heart muscle and require a lot more energy to work. The side benefit is that it will also cause them to grow larger and heavier, which in turn causes everyday activities to burn more energy too.

Weight measurement in general is retarded but for some reason everyone clings to it. Tape measuring circumference of ass, hips and waist are a much better measure, even that isnt really important as you can tell just by looking whether you have excess fat. The measure is only useful to say HOW much excess there is.
