Need gaming pc

Is this a good enough build to play guild wars 2, wow and other decent mmorpg? What would you change? Never built a comp before

Never buy prebuilt.
Your build is decent, but I'd go with 2x8 gb ram. Dual channel (2 sticks) will give better performance than a single stick.

>guild wars 2, wow and other decent mmorpg?
Any modern GPU will run those MMOs easily, especially an RX580.
Especially older MMOs like GW2 or WoW.

Deprecated by the ryzen 2200g, it's faster and less expensive.

Do you have an HDD? use the difference to get one, or maybe a 480gb sdd

Outdated CPU, get a Ryzen 2200G or a Ryzen 2600, choose based in budget.
Shitty motherboard, get a MSI B450 Tomahawk.
Literally the worst SSD in the market, get a 860 EVO, too expensive? MX500, still too expensive? ADATA SU800.

>ryzen 3 2200g faster than ANY ryzen 5 + rx580
since fucking when m8?

Hi bait user.

Since we are talking about a R3 1300.

Invest in 6 core atleast for 2018+. 4 core is dead end.

If you're going for budget, go for RX 570 4GB for ~$120.

Get a cheaper 80+ PSU that uses ~450W, its more than enough for the build.

i suck dicks
disregard

why not buy prebuilt user

Not him, but no control over all the components (unless it's from a very reliable place that's completely transparent about all the components), poor cable management, poor thermal paste, usually crappy psu, partitioned drives with bloated operational system pre-installed, etc. Usually more expensive. Just go to /pcbg/

There are some reasons for prebuilt. Specially for used models. If you're on $100 budget, used prebuilt is the way to go. You can get extreme value with used prebuilt on the market.

Planned obsolecense when it comes to Motherboard and PSU.
Worst quality parts possible to build it in a cheap way.
$100 extra for windows.
$100 extra for brand name.

>100$ for windows..
Plebbit sure is strong in this one..

Its like you don't know what companies are like user.
They get windows for cheaper, but they wont give it to you for cheaper.

860 is pointless considering 970 exists now

Yes, you do pay for the operating system in prebuilts.

>hp
dont touch that with a ten foot pole

Same performance outside enterprise, editing and server use.

ryzen 5 is six core

OP has a R3 1300 in the link.

>logicalincrements.com
this site is dogshit
for example you get more fps in games with i3+powerful gpu than with an i5 + shit midrange gpu
games are more gpu bound right now than ever.
retards.

>Buying a I3 build
With that i know you know shit about building computers.

If your budget is only enough for a i3 build you are better buying a used office PC and upgrade it.

The PC in the image will handle those titles comfortably.
There is no reason not to buy pre-built. Chances are that you will not be able to assemble a similar box for less money than a company that churns out hundreds of them weekly, and chances are that you are not as good at building them as an individual who churns out hundreds of them weekly.

Yes but the mobo and psu are probably trash among other things because it's hp and therefore garbage.

Build your own with the same components and a better case.

>Buying a locked i3 when 2200G is a thing

>$100 extra for windows.
>$100 extra for brand name.
OP is $100 cheaper than the comparable logicalincrements build

OP prebuilt has a R5 2400G, 1x8GB 2666 RAM with a nonstandard 400W SFF PSU(Even when its an ATX build so good luck with a replacements) and a 4GB RX 580.
Its not the same build.

that's pretty bad but the price still isn't unfair. It's just a shit build.

Then make me a good build for less than $650 please do i just plug the parts in and go? Or do i have to bean engineer

What are you going to use it for? Games only?

if u want easiest way forward dont ever listen to Jow Forums

You should wait for the GPUs that are coming this month like the GTX 1660 though.

Yes just mmorpg games not high endshooters. Mmorpg games and like maybe slme microsoft word styff

Guild wars 2, WOW and BDO

user you dont need a expensive PC for that, Buy a used $100 office PC like a thinkcentre M91p(In ATX size so you can replace the PSU) and put a $100-150 GPU on it.
Those are somewhat simple games.

Ryzen 5 in the prebuilt is most likely Ryzen 5 2500 or 1500. Neither are 6 core.
