The only thing smaller and more useless than those fonts is your brain.

Imagine not using Sway in 2019.

i3 binds arent /comfy/ for floating/stacking mode, at least for me. I prefer dwm and would kill to have dwm-like wm using Wayland, even if it werent as muh minimalism as dwm

That's the thing, unfortunately, a Wayland-based dwm clone would probably go against the suckless philosophy.
I do actually intend to hack away at Sway to try and get something like dwm working, but I can't promise it will ever happen.

your rice looks like shit and i can guarantee you're from /x/
get out of here, faggot

Yep, I'm not hardcore into the suckless philosophy, but I totally get people who are. Primary reason I like dwm is its default bindings (apart from alt instead of super as leader key) are comfy as fuck for me. Minimalism of it is also damn good.
Good luck with that project user, you'd be doing the world a service if you got it working.

Based LMAOBox user

Suckless stuff is also statically linked by default I think, and of course the compiled config is pretty nice because it makes things rock solid. Yep, we'll see what happens. If it gets anywhere I'm sure you'll end up hearing about it.

pape?

I know bspwm is mostly used for tiling but is floating mode /comfy/ using mouse to resize and move etc? For the life of me I cant find a video showing it.

use o jpegview na proxima, gay.

Yes, I usually use the mouse for this.

Good shit, and good desktop. Gonna switch to bspwm cause customization/config seems great on it

Não há nada de errado com o visualizador de imagens padrão do Windows.

Confy af.

Too much icons on desktop, maximum should be 0-1.

Attached: Screen.png (1920x1080, 2.92M)

Convince me to use dwm instead of i3.

pape?

Nice playlist user

This is legit the setup I'm going for on my laptop except using KDE Neon instead of Debian.

e I don't have the original, but it's from H.R Giger. Visitor IV I think.

thanks

I may actually try Openbox, thanks to the user that gave some response.
Also KDE doesn't work properly at times with the touchpad drivers I need, and Gnome uses WAY too much resources imo and you can't really change all that much without extensions.

Only problem I had was that some of the config options weren't supported in the non-git release and with no indication from bspwm or the wiki

anyone know if i can get some form of start menu for tint2?

>gnome is too resource heavy
install gnome-session, gnome-session-xsession or something like that, gnome-control-panel and gnome-tweak-tool, debian is the distro with the slickest gnome I've used, install with --no-install-recommends option. It idles below 500MB. Extensions don't affect resource usage, they are just .css files.
I don't blame you if you don't like the gnome design, it's ugly. But resource usage isn't a problem. I consider switching because of the ugliness of the dock but I never use it so I disabled it

Do you think recompiling for any and every .config change is fun? If so dwm is for you

you're supposed to give it a button that executes a dedicated application launcher. menus are not within the scope of a panel 2bh

How do you get that padding in i3?

I don't remember how it's called I havent used firefox in a while, just find the right element with the inspector then it's display: none;

Attached: 2019-02-10-01-04_1600x900.png (1600x900, 822K)

What do you mean?

>with the inspector
Am I supposed to search for this word in about:config? I'm checkin git right now and there are a lot of entries. Btw your desktop is awesome. May I know the name of the desktop pager application on the left side of your screen? Are you using a specific bar for it?

to use it on the UI you need to enable it but it's not in about config, it's in the browser toolbox
developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Tools/Browser_Toolbox
>the desktop pager
it's fvwmpager, it comes with fvwm. the clock is astime and the system monitor is conky. the buttons are from fvwm as well

Thank you

If the color wasn't retarded, this would actually be a good design for an OS.

You must be livin on the edge if you'd kill yourself over a very minor inconvenience.
What would happen if your internet went down for a day?

Get the windows to not emtirely fill the screen. The gaps.
