Who cares.

The dude has been writing C/C++ for the past 40 goddamn years. Any language is a breath of fresh air when you've been using one for so long.

He's no longer relevant these days.

Hope that rust is a good language because becoming attached to a tool is a retarded practice

Which is better, Rust or D?

Based and redpilled

D. No contest.

D is so unironically good that nobody uses it because it forces you to be productive instead of circlejerking complexity

Imagine how that must rewire your neurons.

also there's nothing bad about gc

C is obsolete in every imaginable way

Who cares? Only /v/ cares about this mediocre prick.

One question about D.
Is there some way of customizing the messages you get from the "unittest" capability?
I don't like the fact that, when a test passes, I don't see anything, and when something fails, I get a fairly cryptic error message.

Or is there just some better testing framework for D?

I have been programming since 8. Not crazy if you come from a middle class family that values science and engineering. My grandfather and uncle are both software developers, my dad helped me build a PC out of spare parts from scrapped computers from his company when I was a kid. Starting with something like BASIC is easier than learning algebra and 8 year olds can easily do algebra.
