Organize chapter folders or numbered pages in alphanumeric order, compress in a zip, rename to .CBZ, done.

Generally when I'm in the mood for something, I'm more in the mood for a certain style rather than a specific series. I actually used to sort by parody but then switched to artist. I can still just search for parody to find them since it's always in the filename anyway.
