And it depends on if it's considered "obscene" by the laws of the individual state. Obscenity is weird, vague, and inconsistent. I've read cases where charges get dropped because judges, when applying the Miller Test, find no reason to support the contention that something was "patently offensive in relation to community standards" when the laws of that state simply do not line up with the content in question, and Ashcroft v. Free Speech Coalition only made things muddier. For the most part it's usually governed by whether someone can be only be convicted on the state level for something, like if the state specifically exempts simply owning "obscene" pornography if it's not sent to or flagrantly exposed to the unaware public.

Have you tried using Quivi? It's more of a reader than an organizer, but if you're like me and you keep folders based on things like tags or content categories then it should work.

Right now I just dump all my doujins into a big folder labeled Manga\Hentai\ because I'm lazy af. Same with booru and pixiv content, but that's in a folder dedicated to just weeb shit.

For every OS install, I make a new folder and just dump everything there with no organization. I like the "archaeology" aspect of not knowing what you'll find, and I don't really have to worry about comics/sets because furshit is mostly solo images

How do you cure obsessive doujin downloading? I only read maybe 10% of what I download. I just checked whether the cover is pretty or not.
