No. Ignoring some bad acting in one or two episodes, the show's plot is good but not too simple, the exploration of mental illness is interesting, the soundtrack is god-tier and the hacking is well researched and true to life. It's a great show.

I'll admit that some stuff is pretty derpy, like Tyrell establishing his hacker cred by talking about how great Gnome is, but for the most part, the hacking is actually pretty damn good.
