SVP vs AMD Fluid Motion vs DmitriRender

For 24 to 60 FPS which one is better?

ew

Watching a 60fps source in the first place.

Didn't know there were others aside from svp. That's neat.

All interpolation is shit.
I'm not going to recommend one flavor of shit over another.

The AMD one usually gives me the best performance, and the most "natural-looking" feeling, SVP feels way too aggressive in its interpolation.

but you need to install the BlueskyFRC which doesn't work on Windows 7. Its actually less smoother than the other 2

really miss fluid motion after switching to nvidia. SVP is buggy unoptimized trash in comparison

I've only used SVP, and only really appreciate it during fast action scenes, and vertical panning.

Try powerDVD true theater with cuda. Not free though.

- would be most beneficial in fast scenes
- functions worst during fast scenes
the problem is that there's just not enough information left in 24fps action sequences to make them smooth

You say that, but SVP works fine for me.
MPC/MadVR/SVP (I mostly use MVP now though), and the last thing I watched with SVP was the rotoscoped ep 3 ending to that one animu, and ikkitousen. Seemed fine.

Looks like DmitriRender is better at this part of the video. The most smoothest

>Windows 7
what's the point of using outdated botnet?

>The AMD one usually gives me the best performance
AMD shills in every fucking thread, holy shit!

Yeah DmitryRender or SVP are both good, but the amd one clearly is the worst of the three

how does MadVR compare to these?

I have been using SVP for a few years.

It works decently for most media.

I also enjoy the youtube-dl tie-in.

Doesn't the AMD one require some obscure video player

I use mpv I don't have time for this shit

You can use them with MadVR, all these do is interpolate, add in frames

any guide on how to setup dmitryrender? I want to test it out.

Motion interpolation is garbage.

Just tried out DmitriRender+MadVR on my 23 minuite long video, 6.75 GB bluray remuxed using a 4790k and R9 390.

I wasen't about to play the video file without massive lag, it showed the next frame 1 by 1 every 12 seconds. It made my GPU hit its thermal limits 93-94 degrees.
I tired playing a 300-400mb video file that is way less quality than the raw file I played and it played out much more better, was actually able to watch the anime by with some frame drops, if I made MadVR settings more down there wouldn't be frame drops.

SVP isn't free anymore.

This

It's bad for hollywood movies and shows, okay for cartoons and great for porn.

>great for porn.
what?

im going to need some examples mate

intredasting

you buy it one time

It's another visual comparison but they all look the same episode

If I have to come 5 inches in front of the monitor to barely differentiate between MINISCULE differences, they're all useless trash as far as I'm concerned

does nvidia have something like fluid motion?

>which one is better?
The one that's built into your TV
