Sitting at that comfy 5.1ghz edition

>when you push pull top mounted 360mm aio covers half your mobo
how horrifying

so Push/pull doesn't do much of anything with thin radiators.
it's pointless.
even my 480mm long 60mm thick Open loop rad barely gained anything from having 8 fans vs 4.
all u need are high static pressure fans and ur good.

How much do serious gamers actually pay for their rigs? I don't game much and run Linux so I've never needed a beefy machine -- running a Ryzen 5 2400G mini ITX build for $500.

>How much do serious gamers actually pay for their rigs?
sometimes a lot.
i'd say most pay around $1,600 or so.
video editors end up paying even more for rigs unfortunately.

Moved mine from a Define R4 to an Evolv X the other day. First case change since 2014 and I'm very happy with it. Already replaced the default fans with NF-A14s though, as they don't move much air.

I spend all my money on pot and booze cus im not a complete square but anyway i have a ryzen 2200G, 8gb 2400mhz DDR4, MSI RX560, Xonar DGX soundcard, 120gb SSD, a 150GB velociraptor HDD, a 500GB Seagate drive I busted out of a DVR, an EVGA 450 modular power supply, an Asrock 320 chipset motherboard and an old DVD burner (use it to back up really important hard to find visual novels and anime)

Just one more HDD and my SATA port is filled.

why do incels love to hold their PC on fucking desk instead of a fucking floor

Running components out of specifications is bat shit retarded. Just buy that faster CPU you fucktard.

this unironically except setting decent memory timings

>1/5 is half

yikes

>he honestly thinks it matters at all.
I had the fans already so it don't matter, I've also got some old Typhoons from previous custom rigs that I'm too lazy to clean

9th gen intel almost at limit from stock boosts and barely give anything for pushing up to 5+ and have even seen lower minimum dips from oc but anyway

>free perfomance is bad.

Oof you must hate the 1700.

I paid like 650 dollars back in 2016 and i got a decent rig, (case not included).
i5-4460
msi 960 2gb
everything else is generic stuff, tough i would say that the mobo was overclockable.
(strange seeing as the cpu can't overclock but).

Big ass cooler is not free though.

>has to compensate for lackluster cock by going for 5.1ghz
ey boi, 3.2 ghz here.
Intel i5-4460.
Comfortable with my inherited penis passed down trough generations of pussy slayers.

Why is your case mounted on the ceiling???

Should I go with a D15S or 280mm AIO so I can use the top pcie slot?

Well this thread seems to be lively as usual. 7700@5ghz and 1080ti with a 2080/11000 OC.

4.2ghz fx 8350

also have a huge cock.

What are you using for the OC? What numbers are you running? I have +80 core and +650 memory clock, wondering if I can push those up. She’s a tight, cute fit you got there. Nice
Jesus that’s a big cooler. Is that a Define S2? It’s a nice case. I put a h115i in mine and it fit the front really nicely with plenty of room between it and my 1080ti

Really nice. Mines like a shitty budget version of yours :(

Got a 2600 in mine. I don't actually want that red light on my mobo, not sure if I can turn it off or not.

MSI Afterburner. Max voltage and power limit then +250 core and +1000 memory. It can actually go +270 core but it crashes when running 4K 3dmark benchmarks. Not bad for a non 300A 2080Ti.

The cooler looks bigger because the case is a Define C Mini which is mATX. I am hesitant going with liquid coolers because they fail a lot sooner compared to air coolers and can damage your system if it leaks. If I went with a D15S, performance will be the same except for better pcie clearance. I wish Noctua releases a successor to the D15 soon so it will at least be an improvement in performance and compatibility.

the definition of a virgin thread. literally only incels posing with their welfare machines to power their soi induced numale games. pathetic

We know you're crying inside since people pointed out the dumb shit you did.
Fuck off to /v/ kiddo.

>when rgb stuff already looks corny af and your 2011 hardware looks alright

pretty much, but it's better than having them shooting up the universities they're "attending"
