Normal persons don't give a shit about your email address.
People who actually do give a shit will think you're a pleb for using gmail.

Also, many normal people have non-gmail addresses (company email, ISP email...).

>use [email protected] because it looks clean and professional
>"did you mean @gmail.com?"

host your own mail server

>any normal person thinks you're a virgin when you say "... at protonmail dot com"

I make more money than those people, so I don't care.

good luck sending emails

add (sic) to wherever you wrote it

Host it on a VPS, retard. None of my domains (including extremely explicit ones and meme Nazi domains) end up in spam boxes.

>use [email protected] when applying for jobs because I want to remain a NEET
>get called to job interview
>now working a job I hate
FUCK

Having a gmail address is unprofessional as fuck, the only thing worse would using something retard-tier like yahoo. Protonmail, while technically not any better, may still sound more impressive simply because it's not gmail.

>first email was just bull shit that i create when i was a kid to register to online games
>at the age of 18 i decided to create a decent mail so i could put in my curriculum
>impossible to get a decent match
>end up with [email protected]
>people always copy it wrong
>need to explain it 6 times every time
>enraged i tried again to set up a non retarded account
>manage to get [email protected]
Only took me 9 years to get it right...

>Host it on a VPS, retard
Not the quoted one, but many VPS companies get your IP range banned because there is a ton of spam boxes in the same range. It's more easy to get black listed than you think...

[email protected] or something similar
Using gmail as a "professional" e-mail only advertises to the world that you aren't a professional.

IBM Debater chat bot thread. De-Googling yourself is the thing they fear the most.

How would you know? Have you set up DMARC and DKIM and SPF?
