FF Focus has surprisingly decent content blocking by default, and it's faster than vanilla FF although the bar is pretty low in that regard.

Has anybody heard of or use Tenta?
It advertises itself as a security/privacy browser that has a built in VPN, DNS-over-TLS, HTTPS Everywhere among other features.
The idea is intriguing to me, but I haven't been able to find much information about the company and I'm skeptical.

No extentions but you can change the whole UI and Theme to what you want. By standard it looks like Chrome I think. Also there are almost as much settings than on a desktop browser
