i remember that happening with me on an upload on ptp. said i was buying a rare ish but cheap dvd (that fwiw i actually wanted to own it) and made a comment only to have someone else fill it a day later. Ocelot will use the IP that the connection is coming from without exception, but Radiance will let you connect and say "actually my IP is " and then it will tell the other peers to connect to that IP and request torrent chunks.

The bigger question is how to optimize metadata storage and display for a variety of data. Definitely fields to add citations/DOI numbers, and an autocomplete of file formats, but beyond that I'm quickly lost. What about acceptable MTAs, or just BioBricks OpenMTA?
