I'm putting a little community of like minded individuals who are interested in the world of information technology and security, or otherwise known as "the hacker underworld." It doesnt matter if you're a skilled IT professional, or if you just downloaded kali and have no idea where to start, we are looking to build a community of people wanting to learn and expand on their knowledge base of the infamous hacker scene.
So far this group is new and all we've got is a simple discord server (which obviously is shit for security/opsec) so I'd stress to everyone interested: WE ARE IN NO WAY INTENDING TO ENGAGE IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES, this is purely educational in nature with the simple goal of community building with like minded individuals to talk about related topics and post brainlets.
In the future we plan to build a better, more secure chat infrastructure than discord so that's in the works but for now discord is just to build a community base. Feel free to join even if you're slightly interested in related topics it's an open forum for hackers/hacker wannabes and brainlets!

I had the same idea about two years ago (pic related), but I discovered that anybody willing to learn or to share their knowledge and experience isn't going to show themselves on the internet, especially 4channel. If you really want to get something like this going, I suggest going to some alternate forum or meeting up with some guys on IRC.

Discord also runs on TLS, that's not an argument The problem with discord is that they sell every information that is on their server. IRC doesn't do that.
