How feasible are driver swaps? I’m considering putting some good drivers into a pair of headphones with really good isolation so I can get what I want. Seems like a basic project. Anyone here done it?

So far the bass is a direct upgrade from the L300LE to the L1000, even though the L1000 has a better seal. Need to find a way to seal the L300LE

The point of more expensive brand headphones is to be perfect as is, hence the price.
You pay for the name and quality associated with it.
Putting ugly foam and tinkering with an expensive product makes paying large amounts of money for it stupid and pointless.
