Using any video editor with variables would make it piss easy.
For the animations, just have a set pool of assets, spiderman, elsa, hitler, and for the live-action, have maybe 20 or so semi-consistent sequences.
Then it's just a matter of

spiderman elsa | sequence 2, render
...
spiderman elsa | sequence 20, render
spiderman hitler | sequence 1, render
...
elsa spiderman | sequence 1, render

Then just pick and upload them in random order.

Increase variable count, but you could probably just get it to select random variables each time you hit render.

Bonus points: Have the live action sequences split into three parts.
Record a group of 20 different part 1's, 20 part 2's, and 20 part 3's.
All the part ones end in the same situation, all the part 2's start at the end point of all part 1's, and all end at the same place, and all part 3's start at the end of all the part 2's, and finish randomly.

Shuffle these around and you're golden.
Hit shuffle, render, and skim through to see which three sequences were used, and make a thumbnail and title to match, loosely.

This had the added benefit of training kids that even if they think they've seen something before, keep watching because it may end differently.
Ideally, they'd never realise it was three segments, so they'd watch to the end of everything to see if the ending ever changes, because something could have the same animation intro, parts 1 and 2, but have a part 3 they haven't seen before (not matched with the others, at least)
Even then, all you ever have to do is make new 2d intros on every vid, even if you upload the same 1,2,3 combination hundreds of times, if you have a different into on each one, kids will instinctively watch it.

This all works perfectly, simply because of the raw number of videos you put out.
Chances are there's so many combinations that no kid is ever gonna get bored watching the same combo over and over, because there's just too many fucking videos.
It's all a numbers game, and if you can work out a way to quickly generate 10,000 videos, you win.
