start out if easy ones, get a bunch at once so you have some money invested and always get reminded. Do your research and don't over water them and you do fine as well

Go into Photoshop, click Select then Color range, click on background color then simply delete the selection. Or you could enlarge selection by a pixel or two to get rid of extra pixels of background color beforehand.
